Puggles: A small hybrid breed of dog created by mating a pug and beagle thereby producing a hound with a thick-set body, short- haired, smooth coat, deeply wrinkled forehead, short legs, a curled tail, and drooping ears. Puggle coats may be fawn, tan, or black.
Size: Puggles will usually grow to be 15-20 lbs. and approximately 13-15" at the shoulder. Their weight will also depend on their diet and exercise. Coat: Consists of short hairs. Pugglescome in a wide range of colors. Fawn Puggles are common, but some are tan, white or tri-colored
Character: Puggles are sweet tempered, playful, social, intelligent and affectionate. Temperament: This breed gets along well with children, other dogs, and other household pets.
Care: Puggles require low maintenance. The occasional bath, nail clipping, and ear cleaning are required.
Activity: Puggles have a good amount of energy and love to play. They enjoy going on walks. Puggles also love their downtime. They are really good lap dogs and love to cuddle up to you.
Training: This hybrid is also fairly easy to train. Puggles can learn all basic commands including stay, settle, fetch, roll over, and come here. They are good listeners and love to please you.
Shedding: Puggles do shed as all dogs do. Their small size and short hair minimize the problem.
Allergies: Puggles are not a hypoallergenic dog.
